Prices
All our product prices are listed on the website. From time to time it may be subject to change and we reserve the right to do so without prior notice. Any orders being processed during any change period will be honoured at the original rate.
Orders
Payment of the non-refundable deposit is due at the time of ordering. Links to pay the remaining balance will be sent when the products arrive with us at Rapido Trains UK. Customers will be given 60 days to make their balance payment. After this time their order will be cancelled and taken back into general stock.
Lead Times
Where an item is in stock it is our aim to ship it within 5 working days.
Shipping
All orders within the United Kingdom are sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48.
Items are thoroughly packaged in sturdy boxes and padded where required to best prevent any damage during transport. Should you receive your items damaged please contact us via our contact for or email us at customerservice@rapidotrains.co.uk so we can issue a replacement or repair.
Our Mystery Box labelled products are only available for shipping within the United Kingdom only. Any orders placed for these for shipping outside the United Kingdom will be cancelled and refunded.
Cancellation and Returns
Order for products from our website have a standard “cooling off” period of 14 days whereby any products returned to us in unopened and undamaged condition will be refunded, including the initial postage. Return postage is NOT refunded unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
For our Mystery Box labelled products we will honour returns under the same terms as above. All items that formed the Mystery Box labelled product must be returned, including any promotional items. Rapido Trains UK does keep records of items sold within each Mystery Box labelled product.
